One of the key principles that the FCGH Alliance proposes for the Framework Convention on Global Health (FCGH) centres around empowering people to claim and enforce their right to health. Such empowerment is presently missing from Kenya’s legal framework, vital though it is.

The FCGH Alliance has now begun the drafting process, with the aim of catalyzing widespread engagement and reaching people who rarely have a say in health-related policymaking and beginning to build a shared vision for what the FCGH could accomplish.
